This site has been created to give Italian collectors and traders of military objects and arms, a platform where they can buy and sell freely and without restrictions everything that has so far been forbidden on other internet sites, because of strict internal rules.
When surfing through different categories, one can happen upon uncensored trademarks or symbols of the third reich. this is because we believe the advertiser should not have to blank out images and details which are fundamental in valuing the object, especially since there are many fakes around. All the materials on the site, are not in anyway intended to offend people or institutions, not to promote nazi or other ideals.

Astagun is the first platform dedicated to the real collector, uncensored and without removal from the auction.

You can also buy and sell in auction real weapons on astagun, as long as you declare to be in possession of a valid licence.
This possibility will only be given to registered users resident in Italy. If you are not in possession of a licence to carry a weapon, you will not be able to bid for the objects which need this licence.
Clearly the delivery and/or collection of weapons and their parts will take place face to face, by arrangement between the users, according to the laws of this country.
The purchase of deactivated weapons will be possible between registered users of the same country: e.g. Italy with Italy, Germany with Germany, etc.. This is because it is forbidden to buy deactivated weapons abroad and import them into the country, you risk being accused of importing
or exporting weapons illegally. The weapons should be accompanied by a regular certificate of deactivation.
Astagun is exempt from any responsibility should two users from two different countries carry out thus activity using the site.

THE CATEGORIES
All the categories have been divided into well ordered divisions, e.g.: in "Antique uniforms and accessories" you will find only original material.
There are different categories for modern uniforms and reproductions. This is the same for all the other categories.
This avoids the confusion found on other internet sites well-known to us collectors. If you accept access to the site, you confirm you have read the above and declare to use the resources of the site purely for purposes of collecting or hobby, exempting Astagun from any legal responsibility for the contents advertised and for the promotion of these contents.

Payments and responsibility

Although Astagun checks the identity of any registered member, we advise you to always pay your purchases with Paypal, because is the only payment method which insures against false users and deceptive insertions. Astagun doesn’t offer any guarantees apart from this and it isn’t responsible if a user tries to cheat somebody.

If you accept access to the site you confirm again:

to use the services of the Astagun site solely for the purpose of collection and any object bought or dealt must be used in a non-violent way.
To be conscious that Astagun won't have any responsibility for the improper use of any bought or sold object.
To be conscious that if you declare false details during registration this allows Astagun to make an immediate charge to the Italian Authority.
Not to promote via adverts any political ideals or illegal political associations of any kind.
To buy and sell a real weapon following and respecting laws. For Italy all the laws in country regarding weapon purchasing and transfer between private buyers must be respected.
To be conscious that it is a CRIME to send weapons or parts of these. Astagun won't have any responsibility nor complicity if two users through the site make illegal accords.
To be 18 years old or older.
To carry out or receive secure payments like PAYPAL or bank transfer and none other except these.
That Astagun won't be responsible if a user tries to cheat somebody asking for non secure payments.
That Astagun isn't responsible if a user makes purchases falsely declaring the possession of shooting licence.
